Your job will be to talk with, screen, and connect claimants with attorneys who can help them with their legal issues. This is not a typical call center or answering service position. Position Title: Legal Intake Specialist

Position Requirements:

Education and Experience Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically spelling, grammar and diction.
Pleasant and caring, professional phone voice.
Strong active-listening skills.
Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)
Strong computer skills, specifically in Windows environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, College Students welcomed.
Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.
Customer-service experience a plus (6-12 months minimum).
