Legal Conversion Center works with many of the Nation’s top law firms. We are hiring for several Legal Intake Specialist positions. Your job will be to talk with, screen, and connect claimants with attorneys who can help them with their legal issues. This is not a typical call center or answering service position. Position Title: Legal Intake Specialist

Position Requirements:

Education and Experience Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically spelling, grammar and diction.
Pleasant and caring, professional phone voice.
Strong active-listening skills.
Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)
Strong computer skills, specifically in Windows environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, College Students welcomed.
Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.
Customer-service experience a plus (6-12 months minimum).
